We're Hiring | Senior Video Editor (3–4 Years of Experience)
At Scroll Mantra, we're looking for an exceptional Video Editor who believes that every frame matters.
This role is for someone who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories—creating content that is cinematic, engaging, and built to perform across digital platforms. If you have a sharp eye for detail, impeccable editing instincts, and know how to make audiences stop scrolling, we'd love to meet you.
Agency experience is mandatory, and prior experience working with lifestyle, beauty, fashion, hospitality, travel, or premium consumer brands will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality social media films, digital campaigns, social media videos, and reels with exceptional storytelling and visual finesse.
- Create polished, premium-quality edits with seamless transitions, strong pacing, sound design, colour grading, and attention to every detail.
- Produce motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects wherever required to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, content creators, and account teams to translate ideas into high-impact video content.
- Stay ahead of editing trends, platform best practices, and emerging visual styles to ensure our content remains fresh and industry-leading.
- Manage multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional video editing experience in a creative or digital agency.
- Strong expertise in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding storytelling, editing quality, and visual aesthetics across multiple formats.
- Strong understanding of colour grading, sound design, pacing, motion graphics, and platform-specific video formats.
- A passion for crafting videos that don't just look beautiful—but capture attention, tell stories, and deliver results.
