Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kota. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos that align with Karv Capital’s brand, values, and communication goals. Typical tasks include cutting and sequencing clips, applying transitions, color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and on-screen text, and integrating audio elements. The role involves collaborating with marketing and leadership teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visual content for digital platforms and client presentations. The Video Editor will also help plan video shoots, organize media assets, and maintain a consistent visual style across all video outputs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating professional, narrative-driven content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand-aligned aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging titles, lower-thirds, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is highly beneficial.
- Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines are important.
- Ability to work on-site in Kota, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment is required.
- Prior experience in financial services, corporate communications, or content creation for professional brands is an advantage.
- A relevant degree or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent demonstrable experience with a strong portfolio or showreel.
