Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Delhi, India. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos for marketing, product demos, social media, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, and effects, applying color corrections and grading, and ensuring brand consistency across all video content. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, and optimize videos for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will also maintain organized project files, meet production timelines, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for diverse digital formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in editing short-form and long-form content for web, social media, and product communication is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines are beneficial.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video work and visual storytelling capabilities is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
