What we're looking for:
— 2+ years of experience as a video editor/motion designer for vertical formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in the entertainment, expert, and educational segments
— English proficiency at B1-B2 level
— Creative thinking
— Experience working with AI tools
— Understanding of editing, design, composition, and pacing principles
— A strong eye for short-form video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
— Confident command of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Figma)
— Independence, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines
— Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and turn around revisions quickly
- — Experience or knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
