About the Role:
We're looking for an Eager to learn HR Intern to primarily support our Talent Acquisition with HR Operations, and Employee Engagement functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in core HR practices through hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Core Focus):
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per JD requirements.
- Coordinate and Conduct initial HR screening calls, schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate pipeline.
- Assist in job posting and employer branding on social media
HR Operations & Engagement:
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
- Process monthly attendance, leave records, WFH tracking.
- Communicate and clarify HR policies to employees; escalate gaps to Senior HR
- Assist in employee engagement activities when required
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of HRMS tools (preferred).
- High attention to detail, and organizational skills.
