About Glamour Photographics
Glamour Photographics is a Bangalore-based photography and videography company established in 1982. We work across weddings, corporate events, social media content, and other visual storytelling projects.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, polished videos while maintaining the visual quality and storytelling standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit wedding films, event videos, social media reels, and short-form content.
- Handle both long-form and short-form video editing from raw footage to final delivery.
- Create engaging reels and social media videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Organize and manage large volumes of video footage efficiently.
- Select the best shots and create a strong visual narrative based on the event/story.
- Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio synchronization, sound design and transitions.
- Add music, titles, graphics, subtitles and other elements wherever required.
- Maintain consistency in editing style, color and overall visual quality across projects.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers and the creative team to understand project requirements.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review final edits and ensure videos are free from technical or creative errors before delivery.
- Stay updated with current editing trends, transitions, reels formats and social-media content styles.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Experience editing weddings, events and/or social media content is preferred.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing and music selection.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of color correction, audio editing and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to work with high-resolution footage and large project files.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- A strong portfolio/showreel is required.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where deadlines and quality both matter.
