About the Role
Bipminds Tech is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of motion graphics and color grading, and the ability to consistently deliver quality content.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit and deliver 2 videos per day as per the assigned content requirements.
* Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
* Add professional motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and visual effects.
* Perform color correction and professional color grading.
* Select appropriate music, sound effects, and audio elements.
* Understand briefs and convert creative ideas into engaging video content.
* Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
* Work closely with the social media and marketing teams.
* Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, transitions, and social media formats.
* Manage multiple projects and meet daily deadlines.
Must-Have Skills
* Strong video editing skills are mandatory.
* Good knowledge of Motion Graphics is a must.
* Good knowledge of Color Grading is a must.
* Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
* Good sense of timing, storytelling, music, transitions, and visual composition.
* Ability to work independently and deliver 2 quality videos daily.
* Creativity and attention to detail.
Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience in video editing, content creation, or digital marketing.
Freshers can apply if they have strong editing skills and a good portfolio.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Salary: ₹20,000/month
After 3 Months: Performance-based salary hike and role evaluation.
