About the Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, and is comfortable working under tight deadlines while bringing fresh, engaging ideas to every project. Basic knowledge of motion graphics/animation in After Effects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, YouTube, ads, and other platforms
- Work extensively with Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for editing, color correction, and grading
- Add basic motion graphics, titles, and animations using After Effects (where required)
- Sync audio, add sound effects, background music, and voiceovers to enhance video quality
- Collaborate with the creative/content team to understand project briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual content
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and pacing across all edited content
- Organize and manage media files, project folders, and version control efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, and techniques
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Suggest creative inputs to improve storytelling and viewer engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/showreel required)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (mandatory) — editing and color grading
- Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects / motion graphics (preferred, not mandatory)
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Ability to work with color correction, transitions, and audio syncing
- Strong creative sense with an eye for detail
- Ability to take feedback constructively and revise edits quickly
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Strong time-management skills to handle multiple deliverables
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific video formats
- Sound design or basic audio mixing experience
