Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Video Editor to join our Creative & Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and storytelling goals. You will manage the complete post-production process, including editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and final delivery across multiple content formats.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit and improve raw footage to create engaging videos.
- Combine camera footage, audio, graphics, and other assets smoothly.
- Create different types of content including long videos, Reels/Shorts, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining good quality.
- Add creative transitions, effects, and motion elements to improve videos.
- Use graphics and visual effects to make content more engaging.
Audio & Color Editing
- Perform color correction and grading to give videos a professional look.
- Edit and improve audio, including sound mixing, noise removal, dialogue enhancement, and music syncing.
- Maintain consistent audio and video quality across all projects.
Team Collaboration
- Work with content writers, creators, and the media team to complete projects.
- Understand scripts, briefs, and brand guidelines to create suitable videos.
- Share creative ideas to improve content quality and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing (media agency, digital marketing, or corporate setup preferred).
- Strong portfolio/showreel showing editing skills and creativity.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of motion graphics, storytelling, video pacing, and composition.
- Experience in color grading, audio editing, and post-production work.
- Knowledge of video formats, exports, and platform requirements.
