About the Company:
Infiheal HealthTech Pvt Ltd, incubated at IIT Bombay, is a pioneering AI-driven mental healthcare startup transforming emotional wellness at scale. With 1M+ active users globally, partnerships with Cornell University, NASSCOM, IBM, and the Indian Navy, and recognition by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat (2023), Infiheal is redefining how mental health support is delivered.
Our flagship AI co-therapist Healo and the world’s first AI relationship coach DuoChat provide 24/7 clinically validated, anonymous support, bridging the global therapist shortage and reducing wait times from 2–8 weeks to instant access. We aim to reach 100 million people in India and 500 million globally, making mental healthcare affordable, accessible, and stigma-free.
About the Job:
Content is one of the most powerful tools we have to break stigma and reach people who need support. We're looking for a Content Creation & Video Editing Intern who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos and posts — someone who understands what makes people stop, watch, and feel something on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
As a Content Creation & Video Editing Intern, you'll work closely with the marketing and founder's team to plan, shoot, and edit content that builds Infiheal's voice across social platforms. You'll go from raw footage to a polished, on-brand video — and often from a rough idea to a finished concept, start to finish.
This is a hands-on, output-driven internship. You won't just be assisting — you'll be trusted to own content pieces end-to-end, see what performs, and use that to get sharper every week.
What You'll Do:
Create & Edit Content
• Edit raw footage into short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content, with clean cuts, pacing, captions, and sound design that keep people watching.
• Shoot content on phone or camera when needed — interviews, talking-head videos, B-roll, founder content.
• Design simple graphics, thumbnails, and static posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects that match Infiheal's tone — warm, human, and credible.
Drive Ideas, Not Just Execution:
• Pitch content ideas and trends relevant to mental health, wellness, and Gen Z/millennial audiences.
• Adapt trending audio, formats, and templates to fit Infiheal's voice without losing authenticity or sensitivity around mental health topics.
• Collaborate with the team on scripts, hooks, and storyboards before a single frame is shot.
Manage the Content Engine
• Maintain a content calendar and keep multiple videos/posts moving through production at once.
• Organize raw footage, project files, and finished assets so nothing gets lost between drafts.
• Track what's performing (views, saves, shares) and bring back insights to shape the next batch of content.
What We're Looking For:
• We're looking for someone who thinks like a creator first and an editor second — someone who watches a lot of content, has strong instincts for what works, and can execute that vision in the edit.
• Strong hands-on skills in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. A portfolio, reel, or Instagram/YouTube page that shows your editing and content work (please share links/handles with your application).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). An eye for pacing, trends, and what makes content stop the scroll. Comfort working with sensitive topics like mental health with empathy and care. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, communications, design, marketing, or a related field (not mandatory if your portfolio speaks for itself).
Nice to have:
• You're chronically online in the best way — you know what's trending before it's trending.
• You take feedback well and iterate fast; a first cut is never your last cut.
• You're organized enough to juggle multiple videos in different stages of editing at once.
• You care about doing right by a sensitive topic like mental health, not just making things "viral."
• You're excited to build a portfolio of real, published work — not just practice projects.
