# 🚨 We’re Hiring: Video Content Creator 🎬🕉️
**Sanatan Mandir App** is looking for a creative and passionate **Video Content Creator / Short-Form Video Editor** to join our team and help us create engaging content around **Sanatan Dharma, Bhakti, Hindu culture, temples, spirituality and devotion.**
### 🎥 What you’ll do
* Create engaging Videos & Reels for Sanatan Mandir App
* Edit devotional, spiritual and Sanatan-related videos
* Create strong hooks, captions, transitions and motion graphics
* Turn simple ideas into engaging and shareable short-form videos
* Research trending content formats and adapt them for Sanatan content
* Experiment with different video styles, formats and storytelling techniques
* Create content that increases **engagement, reach and Sanatan Mandir App installs**
* Work closely with the team to develop new content ideas
### 🔍 What we’re looking for
* Experience creating **Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts**
* Strong video editing and storytelling skills
* Good understanding of **hooks, audience retention and viral content**
* Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visuals
* Ability to turn an idea into a complete, polished video
* Knowledge or genuine interest in **Sanatan Dharma, Hindu culture and Bhakti content** is a strong plus
* Freshers are welcome if they have a strong portfolio and creative skills

Someone who doesn't just know **how to edit a video**, but understands:
