🚨 We're Hiring | US IT Recruiter | Noida 🚨 Gurugram
AppLab Systems, Inc, Inc. is looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 62 / Gurugram Sector 42
🕒 Shift: US Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)
💼 Experience: 1- 3 Years
💰 Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate
Key Requirements:
✔️ Strong experience in W2 recruitment within the US staffing industry.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
✔️ Good understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC work authorizations.
✔️ Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
