Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Tax role based in Noida. The professional in this position will focus on preparing and reviewing US tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities, ensuring compliance with relevant US tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include tax planning and research, analyzing client financial information, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and addressing tax-related queries. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients, maintaining accurate documentation, and staying current with changes in US tax legislation and IRS guidelines. The individual will also support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax preparation and advisory services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Preparation and Tax Return compliance for various US entities.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Tax Planning and strategic Tax advisory to optimize client tax positions.
- Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of Tax Law and US tax regulations, including IRS rules and filing requirements.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to effectively interpret financial statements and transactional data.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., EA, CPA, or pursuing) are an advantage.
- Experience in US taxation with exposure to individual and business returns; familiarity with popular US tax software is preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Noida.
