đź•’ Experience: 2+ years in Payroll/Payroll Tax
Are you detail‑oriented with strong expertise in US Payroll Tax and multi‑state payroll operations? Join our team and make an impact in a high‑compliance environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll tax processing & reconciliations
- Prepare/review Federal, State & Local tax filings (941, 940, W‑2, W‑2C)
- Handle tax notices, amendments & compliance deadlines
- Support year‑end payroll tax activities
- Drive process improvements & stakeholder coordination
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Payroll/Payroll Tax experience
- Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations
- Experience in multi‑state payroll environments
- Hands‑on with ADP, Workday or similar payroll tools
- Strong Excel & analytical skills
