Vision Square Inc. is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry and experience sourcing qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Work on requirements from direct clients, implementation partners, and preferred vendors.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Recruit candidates for W2, C2C, and full-time positions based on client requirements.
• Understand US work authorizations, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and obtain required documentation before candidate submission.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Meet daily submission targets and monthly placement goals.
Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, employment types, tax terms, and visa categories.
• Experience recruiting for Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure positions.
• Excellent English communication, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work during US business hours or night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
