We’re looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to build and maintain a strong pipeline of:
👩⚕️ RNs — Registered Nurses
👩⚕️ LPNs — Licensed Practical Nurses
🩺 CNAs — Certified Nursing Assistants
What you’ll own:
🔹 Source & engage healthcare professionals
🔹 Screen and interview candidates
🔹 Match candidates to assignments
🔹 Manage candidates from first contact → submission → placement
🔹 Verify licenses, certifications, training, references amp; required documentation
🔹 Track credentialing/compliance and keep candidates submission-ready
🔹 Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline across North Dakota, South Dakota & Montana.
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Healthcare recruiting/staffing experience
✅ Familiarity with CNA, LPN & RN roles
✅ Excellent communication & follow-through
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Experience with ATS, spreadsheets & remote recruiting systems
✅ Ability to independently manage multiple candidates and deadlines
