Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a US Freight Dispatcher supporting international logistics operations. The dispatcher will coordinate and schedule freight movements to and from the United States, ensuring on-time pickups, deliveries, and compliance with customer requirements and carrier guidelines. Daily responsibilities include managing load planning, assigning carriers, monitoring shipment status, updating tracking systems, and resolving exceptions or delays in real time. The role involves constant communication with drivers, carriers, and customers, preparing and verifying dispatch documentation, and maintaining accurate records in tech-enabled logistics platforms. The dispatcher will collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to optimize routes, control costs, and deliver a high-quality service experience to global clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in freight dispatching or logistics coordination, preferably with US routes and international exposure.
- Strong knowledge of transportation processes, carrier management, and basic customs and compliance concepts.
- Proficiency with logistics and dispatch software, GPS/tracking tools, and standard office applications.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with drivers, carriers, and customers across time zones.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills for handling exceptions, delays, and service issues.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with US operations and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with AI-enabled tracking, route optimization, or tech-driven logistics operations is an advantage.
