We are looking for a US & Canada IT Recruiter experienced in handling full-time IT requirements. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for permanent positions with US & Canada clients.
Responsibilities
🔹 Work on assigned full-time IT requirements.
🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
🔹 Review resumes and match candidates against job requirements.
🔹 Conduct initial screening and assess technical skills, communication, location, and compensation expectations.
🔹 Coordinate candidate submissions and interviews.
🔹 Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
🔹 Follow up on interviews and offer status.
🔹 Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
🔹 Meet assigned sourcing and submission targets.
