Job Position: Senior Accountant (US Accounting)
📍 Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
🕒 Shift: US Night Shift7.30pm to 4.30am - Monday to Friday Alternate Saturdays would be 3pm to 12am (working 1st 3rd 5th)
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
💰 Salary: Up to 6LPA
📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Mandatory Requirement
- Hands-on practical experience with Sage Accounting Software is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Sage Accounting Software.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process payroll and manage billing activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Execute month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support audits.
- Handle accounting activities for multiple entities/business units, if applicable.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong practical experience with Sage Accounting Software (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Billing, and Month-End Closing.
- Experience working with multiple entities/business units will be preferred.
- Healthcare or Home Care accounting experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles.
Qualification
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
