We’re Hiring: UPSC Counsellor - Inside Sales (EdTech)

📍 Location: Remote (India)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | WFH
💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary up to ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ Incentives based on performance
🎯 Role Type: Inside Sales / Tele-calling (No field work)
🎯Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply)
🕒Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday - Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective UPSC aspirants through company-provided leads.
- Explain courses, batches, fees, and preparation plans.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle queries, objections, and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission targets of ₹1–3 Lakhs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.
- No cold calling or field work — leads will be provided by the company.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment
- Must have a personal laptop
