Role Description The Education Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for driving student enrollment and institutional partnerships for BIE’s programs. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales funnel from lead generation to closure, and nurturing strong relationships with prospective students, parents, corporate partners, and academic institutions. The Education Sales Head will oversee account management activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coaching the sales team, conducting market analysis, coordinating outreach campaigns and events, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine value propositions and improve conversion rates.
Field work is mandate
Location - Thane West
CTC - Max 60k to 70k plus incentives
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding enrollment or revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
