Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Advisors.
- Drive sales growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Coach and mentor advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships by offering suitable financial protection and wealth solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to branch growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
