Role Description As a UiPath Solution Architect at Digital Worker Services, you will design, implement, and oversee end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath for enterprise clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, define automation opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable technical architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating solution designs, guiding development teams, reviewing robot workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices, and optimizing existing automations for reliability and performance. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to manage deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality documentation and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.
Qualifications
- Strong experience designing and architecting solutions on UiPath, including Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot components.
- Hands-on background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, process mapping, and workflow design.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and deployment practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and other digital platforms is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven capability to mentor and guide RPA developers, enforce best practices, and ensure solution quality and maintainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect) is a strong advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Kochi, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.
