Job Description – Solution Architect
Position Title
Solution Architect
Experience
12+ years in software architecture / solution design with 4+ years in AI/ML solution architecture.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of scalable AI-driven solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, data architecture, system integration, and enterprise solution design.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, data engineers, and AI/ML engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions including Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Define AI system components including data pipelines, model deployment, APIs, integrations, and monitoring frameworks.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Architect scalable and secure AI platforms using cloud technologies.
- Lead solution discussions, technical estimations, and architecture reviews.
- Design AI workflows for:
- Generative AI applications
- Computer Vision systems
- NLP/chatbot solutions
- Predictive analytics platforms
- AI-powered automation systems
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, and cloud AI services.
- Support deployment strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
- Provide technical leadership during client discussions and project execution.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI architectures.
- Experience with:
- Python
- REST APIs
- Microservices architecture
- Distributed systems
- Knowledge of:
- Generative AI & LLMs
- RAG architectures
- Prompt engineering
- AI agents/workflows
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch

- Cloud expertise in at least one:
- AWS
- Azure
- GCP
- Experience with:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- MLOps tools
- Understanding of databases:
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS)
- Familiarity with event-driven and streaming architectures is a plus.
Architecture & Leadership
- Strong solution design and system integration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in technical proposal creation and client-facing discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- AI/Cloud certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in domains such as Manufacturing, FinTech, Healthcare, or Enterprise Automation is preferred.
- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with edge AI devices such as NVIDIA Jetson.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision deployment in manufacturing or HSE environments.
- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, IMS, or ticketing systems.
