Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into
automation solutions
• Design end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and related components
• Own the client relationship as the front-facing technical representative
• Guide the development team on solution design and technical approach
• Review and validate PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up
Required Skills
• Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center
• Proven experience across the RPA lifecycle: assessment, design, build, and deployment
• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently
• Ability to understand and interpret business requirements without heavy oversight
• Familiarity with UiPath's broader product suite (Document Understanding, Task Mining, or similar) is an
advantage
Nice to Have
• UiPath certification (RPA Associate, Advanced, or Solution Architect track)
• Prior experience in a client-facing delivery or consulting role

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of total RPA experience, with at least 4+ years in hands-on UiPath implementation and solution design

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven experience across the full RPA lifecycle — assessment, design, build, and deployment

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience engaging directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience designing end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience guiding development teams on solution design and technical approach, and reviewing/validating PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility.

Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.

Mandatory (Skill): Must be able to interpret business requirements independently, without heavy oversight, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up.
