Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & UX Writing professional to improve the user experience, interface language and overall communication of our LMS and digital learning products.
Key Responsibilities
- Review LMS screens and identify UI/UX and usability gaps.
- Improve consumer-facing language, microcopy, labels, instructions and messages.
- Create simple and user-friendly UI/UX designs and workflows.
- Work on UI/UX improvements for LMS, interactive eBooks and authoring tools.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from users/customers.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology and Content teams to implement improvements.
- Maintain consistency in UI design and product language.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX, UX Writing, Content Design or Copywriting.
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of user experience and consumer-facing communication.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or similar design tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualification
- Master's degree in Communication, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- Experience in EdTech/LMS or digital products will be an advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience with gamification, interactive learning products or digital publishing.
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles and user journeys.
