Role Description The UiUX Fresher will support the design and improvement of user interfaces and user experiences for web applications and digital products. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves working closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into intuitive layouts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in user research, gathering feedback, refining design concepts, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and usability best practices. The UiUX Fresher will help prepare design assets, collaborate on design reviews, and contribute to creating user-centered solutions that support Stinv Infotech’s digital marketing and web development projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational UI/UX skills such as wireframing, prototyping, user interface design, and basic user research.
- Candidates should possess design tool proficiency, ideally in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar visual design and prototyping tools.
- Candidates should possess basic web and interaction understanding, including familiarity with responsive design principles, layouts, and usability standards.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and work in cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a user-centered mindset when approaching design tasks.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or certification in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, HCI, or a related field is beneficial.
- An online portfolio or collection of academic projects demonstrating UI/UX work, personal design initiatives, or internships is highly preferred.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to emerging tools and trends, and grow within a fast-paced digital solutions environment.
