Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Surat. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media content, websites, and brand materials that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics, layouts, and illustrations; collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into visual designs; and preparing files for web and print use. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, iterating designs based on feedback, and staying current with design trends and best practices. The Graphic Designer will also support brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign impact and audience engagement

Key Responsibilities
* Design social media posts, ads, banners, marketing creatives, and other digital assets.
* Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Edit and create short-form video content for social media.
* Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand creative requirements.
* Maintain consistency across brand visuals and communication.
* Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
* Stay updated with current design and social media trends.
Requirements
* 6–12 months of professional or relevant design experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Basic to good knowledge of video editing.
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and colour.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Good communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
