Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for translating product requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. In this full-time remote role, the individual will create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, collaborate closely with product managers and developers, and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing. Daily tasks include defining user flows, ensuring consistent visual design across platforms, and optimizing interfaces for accessibility and performance. The designer will also participate in design reviews, maintain design systems and guidelines, and support front-end implementation by providing detailed specifications and assets.
Qualifications
- Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, and information architecture.
- Competence in Visual Design and Mockups, with the ability to create clean, consistent, and brand-aligned interfaces.
- Experience with Prototyping, including interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
- Familiarity with Front-End Development concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on implementation.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer and a portfolio showcasing user-centered design work; a degree in design, HCI, or a related field is beneficial.
