Product Designer (UI/UX)
1. About Us and Job Description
We're building the next generation of AI-powered personal assistants integrated with AI Glasses that combine modern web technologies, scalable cloud infrastructure, and intelligent backend systems. Our mission is to create products that simplify complex workflows through intuitive, intelligent, and delightful user experiences.
We're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who enjoys solving challenging design problems and creating products that users genuinely love. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, AI teams, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into intuitive digital experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond visuals—someone who can understand user behavior, design scalable systems, simplify complex workflows, and confidently own the design process from research to implementation.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle—from discovery and user research to final UI and developer handoff.
- Design intuitive workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing Agencies and AI Engineers to create user-centric solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Design dashboards, workflow-driven platforms, admin panels, and AI-powered applications.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Present design concepts and confidently defend design decisions with stakeholders.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across all products.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI interaction patterns, and UX best practices.
3. Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, auto-layout, variables, and component systems.

- User Interviews and feedback collection
- A/B testing of UI and UX flows (conceptual understanding)
Motion & 3D for Web (Product Display)
- Motion design for web (micro-interactions, transitions)
- Scroll-driven animations concepts (scroll-triggered UI)
- Interactive product storytelling on web (e.g., 3D product reveal on scroll)
- 3D product visualization concepts for web
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
- Collaboration with digital marketing agencies
- Adherence to brand guidelines and design systems
- Designing marketing visuals (landing pages, social creatives, ad banners)
- Understanding of visual storytelling for brand campaigns
Soft Skills
- Communication (written & verbal)

4. Preferred Skills
- Experience working with startups or high-growth product companies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Understanding of analytics tools and data-informed design.
- Experience creating micro-interactions and motion design.
- Degree or certification in Design, HCI, Information Science, or a related field.
Process & Domain
- Experience with AI / SaaS products (or strong interest in AI-powered personal assistants)
- Understanding of mobile platform guidelines (Material Design, Apple HIG)
- Experience working with external agencies or in an agency environment
- UX documentation (user flows, journey maps)
- UX writing basics (microcopy, error messages, empty states)
- Awareness of accessibility basics (contrast, readable typography, touch targets)
5. Tech Stack
