We are looking for a skilled UAV Pilot & System Engineer to join our dynamic team and work on advanced unmanned aerial systems including fixed-wing, VTOL, and multirotor platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute UAV missions with precision
• Design and develop custom UAV platforms
• Integrate flight controllers, sensors, telemetry, and payloads
• Tune and optimize autopilot systems (ArduPilot / PX4)
• Analyze flight logs and troubleshoot system issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and aviation standards
• Perform system maintenance, calibration, and upgrades
• Collaborate with R&D teams for performance improvements
🛠️ Required Skills:
• Strong experience with UAV platforms (Fixed-wing, VTOL, Multirotor)
• Hands-on with Ardu Pilot / PX4, Mission Planner, Q Ground Control
• Knowledge of aerodynamics and UAV control systems
• Expertise in system integration (ESCs, GPS, LiDAR, telemetry)
• Flight testing, validation, and performance optimization
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Problem-solver with real-world flight experience
• Ability to handle end-to-end UAV lifecycle
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work in field operations
⭐ Good to Have:
• Knowledge of DGCA regulations
• Experience in mapping, surveillance, or industrial UAV applications
• Exposure to AI/ML or computer vision
