Role Description The Warehouse Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods, as well as picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and on time. The Warehouse Executive will maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper labeling and organization of goods for efficient retrieval. The position involves coordinating with customer service and logistics teams to resolve order or delivery issues, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse, and following established procedures to support fast, error-free order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Packing skills to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient handling of orders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills to manage stock levels, track movement of goods, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support order-related queries and help resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess Warehouse Management skills to oversee daily operations, maintain organization, and uphold safety standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or warehouse software is preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required and stand for extended periods.
