About UAbility:
We are an education consultancy firm that helps people from developing nations turn their
passion into an online venture and work with clients across the globe. In less than 4 years,
we've scaled to over 2,000+ high-end clients while maintaining incredible results for our
clients.
Our mission is simple: we help business owners get high-ticket clients across the globe.
Why? Because talent shouldn't have borders.
Why are we hiring for this position?
To expand our capabilities in driving successful ad campaigns for our clients and helping
them attract high-ticket clients through effective paid media strategies.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
● Digital marketing experience with at least 2–3 years in paid customer acquisition with
daily budgets in excess of ₹50K
● In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads with Conversions/Sales as the goal
● Experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and other page builders for
setting up or verifying Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking codes
● Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to provide insights regularly from current and historical data and trends
● Willingness to unlearn and relearn quickly if the situation demands
What you'll own
You'll run a pod of clients across Blue and X. You own three numbers:
● Lead Quality — your clients' Lead Quality Score stays above 40%. That means
(high-quality leads ÷ total leads) × 100 must clear 40 for every client you run.
● Launch Velocity — clients get their Ad Manager set up and first ads live, fast. No
client sitting idle waiting on setup.
● Scaling Wins — minimum 2 documented ad results per quarter, per client. First
campaign live, first profitable scale, CPL dropped. Real outcomes you can point to.
What you'll actually do
● Set up client Ad Managers end to end — pixel, audiences, campaign structure.
● Get clients launched — walk them through their first live campaigns.
● Consult 1-1 and in group sessions on launch, optimization, and scaling.
● Diagnose why a client's leads are weak and fix the targeting, creative, or offer
feeding the ads.
● Coach new clients in group coaching sessions on fundamentals of meta ads and help
them set up
Non-negotiables
● You come from the coaching/consulting industry — you've run or managed ads inside
this world, not e-comm or generic agency work.
● You know lead gen cold — not just traffic, but lead quality.
● You know the latest Meta Andromeda update and how it changes how campaigns are
built and scaled today.
● You love teaching and can make complex topics fun to learn
What you'll learn
Here's what you can't get from a course:
● How a coaching/consulting business actually gets built — BMC, VSL, funnel, ads,
outbound — by watching 25 of them at once.
● Advanced media buying at scale across dozens of accounts and niches.
● How to read lead quality signals before the client's sales team ever feels them.
● Client consultation at the level of top performance agencies.
● Direct access to Head of Product reviews every week.
Your Career Graph
● Media Buying Coach → Senior Coach (1-1.5 years) → Team Lead (3 years) → Head
of Product (5+ years).
Compensation
● Competitive Base (6-8 LPA depending on your current skill level) + incentive tied to
your lead quality numbers and client wins.
● Your incentives are based on:
○ Clients hitting and holding 40%+ Lead Quality Score
○ Client scaling wins and renewals
● If you can keep your clients' ad accounts performing, you'll out-earn your base and
even some MBAs.
● (Exact base and incentive bands shared after our interviews — they scale with
whether you're coming in for Blue, X, or both.)
Who should NOT apply
● If you need to be told what to do every morning, don't apply.
● If "the algorithm just wasn't working" has ever been your excuse instead of fixing the
setup, don't apply.
● If you treat a client's 9pm "my ads stopped spending" message as a tomorrow
problem, don't apply.
● If you've changed 3 jobs in 2 years, don't apply.
● If you want a flat salary with no upside and no pressure, this will frustrate you and
you should not apply.
