Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for TSE / Sr. TSE / ASE – Mrs. Foodrite HORECA Sales / Institutional Sales, based in Jaipur Rajasthan. The role involves managing and growing HORECA and institutional accounts, including hotels, restaurants, caterers, and large food service customers, by promoting the Mrs. Foodrite and Meal Time product range. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales visits, negotiating terms, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection. The role also requires building strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and sharing market feedback with the marketing and product teams. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to execute sales strategies, support promotional activities, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HORECA or institutional sales, preferably in FMCG or food products, with the ability to manage key accounts and distribution channels.
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and customer service skills to develop and retain institutional and food service clients.
- Sales planning, territory management, and basic data analysis skills to achieve targets and report performance effectively.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Ability to work on‑site, travel within the assigned territory, and manage field activities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HORECA market dynamics, local trade practices, and competitor landscape in the region.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or sales reporting systems, email, and messaging platforms).
