About usThe Tarzan Way is building the future of travel — using AI to make highly personalized, immersive travel experiences simple to discover and book.
About the role We're looking for Travel Specialists who are passionate about travel and can sell.
Your primary responsibility will be to convert travel enquiries into bookings and own your sales targets.
You'll work directly with travellers to understand what they want, recommend the right experiences, build and refine itineraries, and take the conversation all the way to a successful booking.
You'll also work closely with the founders and Kaira, our autonomous travel bot, helping train and improve her through real customer interactions.
What you'll do- Own and achieve sales targets — this is the #1 priority.
- Speak with travellers, understand their needs and convert them into bookings.
- Design compelling itineraries, stays and experiences.
- Work closely with the founders on sales and improving our travel products.
- Train and improve Kaira, our autonomous travel bot, with the goal of eventually making her better than you.
- Learn from customer conversations and continuously improve your sales approach.
What we're looking forWe're not particularly interested in your CV.
We don't care much about your previous title, degree, or whether you've worked in travel before.
We're looking for people who:
- Are genuinely passionate about travel.
- Are naturally good with people.
- Love selling and are hungry to hit targets.
- Can understand what a traveler actually wants.
- Are curious, ambitious and willing to learn.
- Take ownership and get things done.

Being passionate about travel is important.
But passion alone isn't enough — you need to be able to sell.
