You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable destinations and packages, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into confirmed

• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales
enquiries• Create customised domestic and international holiday
packages• Advise customers on destinations, hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers
and visas• Handle Hajj & Umrah enquiries and recommend suitable pilgrimage
packages• Prepare accurate and competitive q
uotations• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into
bookings• Achieve individual and team sale
s targets• Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up and bookin
g records• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral
business• Coordinate with operations, ticketing and visa teams for smooth booking f

Who We’re Lo

king For
✔ Experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Sales / Tour Operations
preferred✔ Experience selling Domestic or International Holidays and/or Hajj & Umrah is an
advantage✔ Strong sales, communication, negotiation and follow-
up skills✔ Good knowledge of popular domestic and international des
tinations✔ Customer-focused with a strong ability to cl
ose sales✔ Comfortable working in a target-driven en
vironment✔ Good English communication skills; Hindi, Urdu and Telugu are adv
antageous✔ Familiarity with CRM, reservation systems or travel supplier platforms is b
e
neficial
