Role Description The Travel Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, the Travel Expert will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, and design tailored itineraries for leisure, corporate, and group travel. Daily responsibilities include handling travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, while ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness. The role involves managing bookings and changes, coordinating business travel logistics, and resolving travel issues promptly. The Travel Expert will also provide timely communication and support, maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and travel regulations, and promote sustainable travel options aligned with the company’s vision.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for leisure, corporate, and group travel.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse travelers and partners.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Business Travel planning, including itinerary optimization, policy adherence, and cost control.
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of major destinations, travel regulations, and sustainable tourism practices.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, or online reservation tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
