Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Bengaluru South. The Travel Consultant will design customized travel itineraries, recommend destinations and experiences, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, and activities. The role involves handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service before, during, and after trips.
The consultant will collaborate with local partners and suppliers, ensure sustainable and community-conscious travel options, and maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities also include staying updated on travel trends, destination requirements, and offering proactive guidance to travelers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and coordinate tailored itineraries and experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, confirmations, and changes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support travelers, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related fields, and knowledge of sustainable travel practices, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
