Role Description The Parent Service Support role is a full-time, on-site position based at VIBGYOR Group of Schools in Bengaluru South. This role focuses on providing prompt, courteous, and accurate support to parents regarding admissions, fees, academic schedules, events, and school policies. The individual will manage parent queries through in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and school communication platforms, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with academic and administrative teams, maintaining updated records, supporting parent orientations and school events, and sharing feedback from parents to improve processes. The role also involves following established service standards, handling escalation cases professionally, and contributing to a welcoming and organized school environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with parents, students, and staff.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple queries, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and school management or CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment and coordinate across academic and administrative teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in educational institutions, front office, or parent-facing roles is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
