About the Role
Travel Luxis is looking for an experienced Travel Sales & Operations Executive with strong expertise in Thailand destination handling and B2B travel operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating with travel agents, preparing quotations, handling itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and managing bookings from enquiry to confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for handling B2B travel enquiries and operations, preparing accurate quotations and itineraries, coordinating with travel agents and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of confirmed bookings. Responsibilities will include hotel and service coordination, checking availability and rates, managing amendments and cancellations, maintaining booking records, following up on pending quotations, coordinating payment and confirmation requirements, and ensuring all booking details are properly documented.
The candidate will also be expected to maintain strong communication with B2B agents, resolve operational issues, coordinate with the relevant internal teams and destination partners, and ensure timely delivery of travel services. Knowledge of Thailand destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel products is highly important for this role.
Requirements
* 1–4 years of experience in Travel Sales / Travel Operations.
* Strong hands-on experience in Thailand destination handling is required.
* Strong B2B travel experience is mandatory/preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good knowledge of Thailand hotels, destinations, sightseeing, transfers, and itineraries.
* Experience in quotation preparation and booking coordination.
* Strong follow-up, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings simultaneously.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
