Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international trips, including flights, hotels, transfers, and travel packages. Daily responsibilities include providing expert travel advice, recommending suitable itineraries, handling visa and documentation guidance, and managing changes or cancellations. The role involves using reservation systems, coordinating with airlines and hotels, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Travel Consultant will also maintain accurate records, follow company processes, and contribute to sales goals and service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and coordinate comprehensive travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, hotels, and complete travel itineraries.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, manage issues, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, GDS or online reservation platforms, and basic MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain options clearly and build client relationships.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or corporate travel is preferred.
- Graduation and relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
