Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant who can understand client requirements and create attractive, cost-effective travel packages for both domestic and international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and understand their travel requirements.
• Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages.
• Provide complete knowledge and guidance on destinations, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Negotiate with vendors to provide competitive package pricing.
• Ensure smooth coordination from booking to completion of the trip.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Stay updated with new destinations, travel trends, offers, and visa/travel requirements.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Domestic & International Travel Packages.
• Good knowledge of DMCs and international destinations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good destination and itinerary planning knowledge.
• Sales-oriented approach with strong convincing skills.
• Ability to create customized travel packages.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / travel-related software.
• Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
🌍 Preferred Knowledge
Domestic: Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal, Kashmir, Andaman, etc.
- International: Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Europe, Australia, Maldives, Vietnam, etc.
