- Sheet-metal stamping and press operations
- Production planning and shop-floor control
- First-piece and in-process inspection
- Tool & die handling basics
- Machine maintenance and breakdown records
- 5S and machine-shop management
📏 Quality & Inspection
- Vernier, micrometer and other measuring instruments
- Drawing reading and dimensional inspection
- Incoming, in-process and final inspection
- Rejection, rework and scrap control
- Product identification and traceability
- Quality problem identification and corrective action
📋 ISO & Quality Management Systems
- Practical exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Quality Policy & Quality Objectives
- SOPs, Work Instructions and Inspection Standards
- Document and record control
- Internal audits
- NCR, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action
- Calibration and measuring-instrument control
- Supplier and customer quality documentation
- Introduction to automotive quality practices and Core Tools
🏭 Industrial & Machine-Shop Management
- Production documentation
- Preventive maintenance systems
