Role Description The Senior Process Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing and improving end-to-end quality processes across manufacturing and operations. This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems, establishing process standards, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and international certifications. The Senior Process Quality Manager will analyze production data, identify root causes of defects or deviations, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous business process improvement. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, updating documentation and SOPs, and mentoring team members on best practices in quality assurance and quality control.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Process Improvement skills to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret quality metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control capabilities to monitor production, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Quality Management and Quality Assurance skills to design systems, maintain standards, and support certification requirements.
- Experience in metal casting, automotive or heavy engineering manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, root cause analysis, CAPA) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in quality management are an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
