About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong and passionate Trainer – Electromagnetics & Embedded Systems to deliver industry-oriented technical training programs for B.Tech students and faculty members across engineering institutions in India.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and hands-on training, developing training content, conducting practical demonstrations, supporting laboratory-based learning, and mentoring students and faculty on emerging technologies in Electromagnetics, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, IoT, and related domains.
The role involves extensive Pan-India travel to engineering colleges and universities for workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Student Development Programs (SDPs), bootcamps, and technical training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Training Delivery
- Conduct technical training sessions for B.Tech students and engineering faculty.
- Deliver classroom, laboratory, workshop, and hands-on training sessions.
- Explain complex technical concepts through practical examples and real-world applications.
- Conduct training in areas including:
- Electromagnetic Theory
- Electromagnetic Waves & Applications
- Embedded Systems
- Microcontrollers & Microprocessors
- Embedded C/C++
- Sensors & Actuators
- IoT & Connected Devices
- Digital & Analog Electronics
- PCB Design and Prototyping
- Communication Systems
- Embedded Hardware & Firmware
2. Embedded Systems Hands-on Training
- Design and conduct practical sessions using development boards and embedded platforms.
- Train students on microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, ARM, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent platforms.
- Guide students in programming, interfacing, debugging, and hardware integration.
- Conduct hands-on projects involving sensors, communication modules, displays, motors, IoT devices, and other peripherals.
- Assist institutions in setting up or effectively utilizing embedded systems laboratories.
3. Electromagnetics Training
- Deliver fundamental and advanced concepts in electromagnetic fields and applications.
- Conduct practical demonstrations related to antennas, RF systems, transmission lines, wave propagation, and electromagnetic applications.
- Introduce students to simulation and design tools relevant to electromagnetics and RF engineering.
- Connect theoretical concepts with real-world engineering applications.
4. Faculty Development Programs
- Conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for engineering faculty.
- Support faculty members in strengthening their practical and application-oriented technical skills.
- Develop advanced training modules based on faculty requirements.
- Conduct demonstrations and project-based learning sessions.
- Support faculty in adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies in their curriculum.
5. Student Development Programs & Workshops
- Conduct Student Development Programs (SDPs), bootcamps, workshops, certification programs, and technical seminars.
- Mentor students in developing industry-relevant technical projects.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, practical evaluations, and project reviews.
- Encourage students to develop innovative solutions and prototypes.
- Provide technical guidance for academic and industry-oriented projects.
6. Pan-India Training & Travel
- Travel extensively across India to conduct training programs at engineering colleges and universities.
- Deliver programs ranging from short-term workshops to multi-day FDPs and technical bootcamps.
- Coordinate with institutional SPOCs, faculty coordinators, and program teams.
- Be flexible to work at different locations and adapt to different institutional environments.
- Manage training delivery professionally while travelling to different cities and campuses.
7. Program Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the internal program team before and after training sessions.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment, feedback, and completion records.
- Submit training reports and observations after each program.
- Collect participant feedback and recommend improvements to future programs.
- Ensure smooth execution of training activities at partner institutions.

Qualification
Mandatory:
- M.Tech/M.E. in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Communication, RF/Microwave, Electrical Engineering, or related specialization.
- Relevant industry certifications or practical project experience will be an advantage.
Experience
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in technical training, embedded systems, electronics, RF/electromagnetics, engineering education, or industry.
- Freshers with strong hands-on project experience and excellent communication skills may also be considered for junior positions.
- Prior experience delivering FDPs, SDPs, workshops, or technical training in engineering colleges will be highly preferred.
