Job details:
Lead complete Tool Room operations.
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
Handle new mould manufacturing, trials, validation, and production handover.
Improve mould performance, tool life, cycle time, and product quality.
Support New Product Development (NPD) and engineering changes.
Manage CNC, VMC, EDM, Wire Cut, Milling, Lathe, Grinding, and Tool Assembly operations.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement practices.
Develop and lead the Tool Room team while driving productivity and cost optimization.
