We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager / Executive – Pet Care
📍 Location: Manesar | Full-time | On-site
We’re looking for a passionate, growth-driven Business Development Manager / Executive to join our growing Pet Care brand.
What you’ll do:
• Drive business growth and increase direct-to-consumer sales
• Identify new growth opportunities and consumer acquisition channels
• Build strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitors
• Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in Business Development, Sales or Growth
• Strong understanding of B2C and consumer behaviour
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Pet Care, D2C, Retail or Consumer Brands will be an advantage
