Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and execute test cases based on BRDs/user stories.
● Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
● Test web/mobile applications and APIs using Postman.
● Validate backend data and business rules using SQL.
● Test lending journeys including KYC, eligibility, approval, disbursement, repayment, and
servicing.
● Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA.
● Work closely with Product, BA, and Development teams in an Agile environment.
● Prefer candidates with Fintech/Lending experience
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
● Hands-on experience in API Testing and SQL.
● Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Fintech/Lending domain experience preferred.
● Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
Good to Have: Exposure to mobile application testing & Experience testing financial
calculations and business rules.
