About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented classes for NDA GAT, covering English and General Knowledge as prescribed by the NDA examination pattern.
- Teach and prepare students across English Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, Usage, General Science, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, Current Affairs and General Knowledge.
- Develop structured lesson plans, study material, question banks, assignments, worksheets and revision modules aligned with the NDA syllabus.
- Conduct regular mock tests, sectional tests, quizzes and assessments, followed by detailed performance analysis.
- Identify students' academic gaps and provide individual mentoring, doubt resolution and remedial support.
- Keep students updated on current affairs, defence-related developments and important national/international events relevant to NDA preparation.
- Analyse previous years' NDA question papers and incorporate exam-oriented practice and problem-solving strategies into classroom teaching.
- Track student performance and maintain academic records, providing regular feedback to students and academic leadership.
- Collaborate with the Mathematics faculty and academic team to ensure an integrated approach to NDA written examination preparation.
- Mentor students on time management, examination strategy, revision planning and test-taking techniques.
- Participate in parent/student interactions, academic reviews and other institutional activities as required.
