Wizfair is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to manage airline ticket reservations, cancellations, amendments, refunds, and related travel requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems and a strong understanding of domestic and international airline ticketing.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticket issuance.
· Make new bookings, rebookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and ticket amendments.
· Check airline schedules, fares, availability, and applicable fare rules.
· Handle Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
· Process refunds, cancellations, and ticket reissues accurately.
· Provide customers with suitable flight options based on their requirements and budget.
· Explain baggage allowance, fare conditions, cancellation policies, and airline rules.
· Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve ticketing issues.
· Maintain accurate booking records and customer documentation.
· Handle urgent changes and customer queries professionally.
· Follow company processes and airline/GDS guidelines.
· Meet service-quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations preferred.
· Hands-on knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
· Good understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
· Knowledge of domestic and international sectors.
· Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
· Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Comfortable working with computers, email, and MS Office.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive customer requests.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
